Remoting into Mac OS

Something tells me this won't work but I figure that asking is worth a shot. Can you use something like Chrome Remote Desktop from a windows computer running Jaws or NVDA to remote into a MacBook pro? Wait let me rephrase that. I know you can do it but is there a way to read it with the screen reader on the windows computer?

I am of the brelieve that the only accessible remote access on Windows is through JAWS tandom,b oth tandom sentre and tandom direct if you've got that addon, JAWS remote access using sitrix and terminal services and microsoft remote desktop, NVDA remote, and MFDT for Microsoft support when speaking with their disability answer desk. some prove me wrong and I'll try whatever works other than what I have listed.
regards,
Daniel
