Hello, all:
Ever since the Audible app was updated to show the mini-player by default instead of the full-screen player, I have been unable to skip chapters as I was able to do in the past. Previously, while in the full-screen player, I would double tap on the title of the book (which I also believe is a picture of the front cover of the book) and that would change the action of the “Skip Backward” and “Skip Forward” buttons to skip to the previous or next chapters instead of skipping backward and forward by 30 seconds. This does not work anymore in the full-screen player and will only skip backward and forward by 30 seconds, no matter how many times I double tap on the title of the book. The VoiceOver hints say the process I am following should work. Has anyone else experienced this? FYI, I am running version 3.25.1 (612) of the Audible app on an iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 13.5.1.

Chapters
What I do, I go to play, keep sliding to left until I get to title. I tap and slide right to chapters. Tap on it and will open chapters. The only way to do it is that way. It is a pain.
Contacted the Devs
I was unable to duplicate the method mentioned by the previous poster. It appears that the only way to switch between seconds and chapters is to go to the Player Settings and make the adjustment there. I have just reported the problem to the devs by using the help feature of the app and sending and E-Mail to the customer service. Hopefully this is the right location, in order to report these sorts of issues. Currently running iPhone XS, iOS 13.5.1, with latest build of the Audible app.
OK
My Steps work for me. I am able to get to the chapters. I prefer that they make it easy. Hope they listen.
