macOS and Mac Apps
Hi everyone,
The subject says it already. I tried out WhatsApp Desktop from the Mac App Store, but it was not as accessible as desired. therefore I want to know whether anyone of you is using an accessible WhatsApp Client for macOS.
I've already tried WhatsApp Desktop from the App Store and had exactly the same problems. VoiceOver is jumping around in the chat list and I never really know where I are right now. I also tried the search field but i doesn't work reliable.
For a good navigation in WhatsApp desktop, you have to move in the lists with the commands of the application rather the commands of voice over. When you are in a list (chat lists, for example, you can get into it pressing tab twice when you open the app) you can navigate between chats with up and down arrow keys. With right and left arrows, you can open and close the context menu of the chats. When you are in a conversation you can navigate between messages in the same way, although I prefer to use voice over commands because when you navigate with up and down voice over doesn't read the message directly. For reply in a conversation, you can open the context menu of a message with right arrow and there you have the reply options.

Navigating in WhatsApp Desktop

I hope it helps.
Greetings.
Amazing, it's same on Windows!
Also, are the attach and those other near bye buttons labled automatically on MacOS?
It works!
Tank you all for your replies. Now it works for me ☺️ Thank you!

Someone here could develop one! That would be awesome!
