Hi everyone, I am running IOS 14.4.1 on an iPhone 12 Pro. Ever since I have gotten this phone I noticed that when I perform multi-finger gestures, such as a three finger triple tap and especially when I perform a three finger quadruple tap, voiceover will act as if I swipe to the next item instead. It does not seem to interpret gestures as anything other than a swipe left or right, but it's still frustrating because when I am trying to copy VO's output my focus will jump to the next item mid-gesture and I have to start again. I noticed that when this happens I have to tap harder and be extra careful to use the very tips of my fingers rather than the full finger pad. Has anyone run into this issue before? I thought it was a software issue, but I'm wondering if it's a hardware problem instead.

Perhaps...
That's not the model of phone I have, but I have a similar issue with double-tap, single-finger gestures and sometimes with the explore by touch gesture. As best as I can tell, it is from my extra-thick, tempered-glass screen protector.. It's as if the double tap gesture is interpreted as separate, single taps, and it moves the focus to a different spot on the screen. Sometimes, if I use too much of the pad of my finger when I'm exploring by touch, the phone interprets the gesture as something like tap and hold, or maybe double tap and hold, and makes a strange, two-tone sound.
