I'm trying to talk myself out of spending $70 more on the Bose Frames Tenor than the Bose Frames Alto. As far as I can tell, the advantages of the Tenor are:
* Better battery life
* Quicker battery charging
* Ability to interface with Siri
* Marginally improved audio (I didn't notice much different on the display models but wasn't listening too closely)
* My wife says the Tenor look better on me (can't underestimate the value of that!)
The one possible advantage the Alto has over the Tenor, other than price, is the motion tracking for Bose AR. This sounds like a potentially awesome feature for all sorts of apps, but also a useless gimmick if nobody is taking advantage of it.
So my question is: are there any apps that you all are aware of that actually take advantage of this head tracking capability? I'm trying to figure out if this feature would actually have any impact on my experience of using Bose Frames. Thanks!

Hi, Bose cancelled its AR…
Hi, Bose cancelled its AR program, so spending any money on anything related to it is, in my view, unnecessary.
Re: AR Canceled
I was aware Bose AR was no longer being pursued by Bose but I didn't know if there were any existing apps that made good use of it—for example, if something like Microsoft Soundscape took advantage of the head tracking capabilities.
they are very cool but...
now the it's very cool to go out and be able to hear your surroundings while you listening to music. I just purchased the Bose Frames alto. They are very cool but if you don't need them that badly?...
