Paramount Plus/CBS

I subscribed to CBS/Paramount Plus and it is mostly accessible. The problem is that the access to the brands such as BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Smithsonian Channel are not Voice Over accessible. I e-mailed support and the President of Viacom with no success. They replied with suggestions about how to get better reception or cancelling my service. I hear only the item number but the description must be a graphic. Anyone out there has had this same problem? I have Apple TV 4th Generation.

I am using the iPhone app, and I too am finding unlabeled graphics for some things. I will reach out and see if I get a better response.

I to have the CVS/the Paramount/scription and I’ve been frustrated with some of the things that I found on it. One workaround that I have found is to access both through the Apple TV app. I’ve been able to launch shows from the Apple TV app there. Not sure if this will help you or not

How do you do this? Do you get the brands such as BET,etc?

most big businesses should have in the office of the president or at least somewhere an accessibility office. the hard truth is people with disabilities are such a small minority they are almost not even an after thought. its not that companies don't care they just don't know that they should care.

i have a friend who's son is deaf and they have a hell of a time trying to get things that are CC and making sure that it is even accurate! google did a big disservice in my opinion by making an ai that auto transcribes speech.

the problem with it is if the speech isn't crystal clear and theres no audio issues or accent or the ai just doesn't understand. try going on youtube and turning on CC and you will laugh at what its saying is happening.

I am finding when I switch on AD for a title, for some reason, the app isn't remembering my setting for other shows with AD. Has anyone one else noticed this?
