Fastest way to record stereo on my iPhone 12 pro max

I just realize that this iPhone will all record stereo if I am using the video camera. Could you let me know how to record stereo audio please. Thank you.

Use allon dictaphone. it is the quickest way. Voice memos will not let you as it is a first party title.
