You can add a text replacement under Settings, General, Keyboard
SO when you start typing your E-mail address, it will show as an auto complete or a correction and you just press space and the E-mail address will be entered.
Hello Ipadman, Thomas Domville did an excellent podcast on this. I use these keyboard shortcuts all the time as my email address is long. So I just type two characters and my email auto-fills. The Podcast is #466 called How To Customize Keyboard Shortcuts in iOS.
There's also the autofill option in settings that's separate from the passwords section. Go into safari, autofill in settings. I think you just create a contact entry for yourself and give it that. Then things like your name address and email turn up on the bar above the keyboard.
This is a bit vague, since it's been a long, long time since I've had to set it up, βΊοΈ
