You're best off waiting for the .1 or .2 update. Speaking of Anxiety... Hello. I am running iOS 15.0.1 here on my iPhone 7, and I think the only rather major bug in VoiceOver that I've seen is with the messaging app. It appears that when trying to close it via the App Switcher after sending a message to someone, the app gets stuck on the Dictate button. The workaround for this that I discovered is to press the Home button a few times, and then the app should appear properly in the App Switcher and can be closed. I am only a speech user though, so any Braille users please feel free to chime in here. Having said all that, one of my favorite features of iOS 15 is the background sound schemes. This inandof itself is worth the upgrade imho, even if one doesn't have anxiety issues. I listened to one of them all night until my alarm went off just a bit ago, and it was wonderful. But as with anything, ymmv and it's totally up to each individual.
