When i enter my apple ID and password that all goes through with no prom. Then i get a code sent !my various devices which i allow. It tells me !enter my password followed "the verificN code, which i have done, and then tab !continue but then nothing happens. Is this because you need !use nemeth code or -puter braille for this? If this is the case, I have no idea about either of those, so woddered if anyone has had similar issues with this and can give a few pointers.

My guess would be, “yes”
Hi,
My guess is that yes, you'll need to enter all of the necessary information using computer braille.
In both computer braille and Nemeth, numbers are entered using the lower portion of the cell.
For example, 7 would be dots 2-3-5-6.
In this case, don’t type the number sign.
I hope that helps you.
Braille Codes
Just from reading your message, I can see that you're input code is set to UEB, and you're not writing in UEB. I just successfully signed into my Apple Music account on my BS6. When entering your information in UEB, the at sign is dot 4 then dot 1, the period is dots 2-5-6, and numbers are written with the numeric indicator followed by the numbers in the upper part of the cell. If you're not comfortable with that, try pressing Space with G to cycle to computer braille and try entering your info that way. Be careful though how many times you try logging in though, because if you have too many false log-ins, Apple will lock you out of your account.
