Hello:
I am working in a music studio setting for hours, so i Need an app to remind me to stand a little or move etc, also to drink water.
I know that apple watch can do this, but if i do not have an apple watch, what will be the alternative?
Thanks in advance

Alarms on the iPhone?

On the clock app, you can set an alarm to go off every hour or however many intervals you wish. You can set them to repeat every weekday. It’ll make your phone ring until you stop it, do you think that would work? Then you just have to remember to stretch and take a drink. You can name the label take a break or something similar

NVDA has this clock addon, which can chime at every specified interval, which I use as a reminder for breaks.
I did think of setting regular alarms, but felt it's just too much work, for a simple task. Try looking in to pomodoro apps on the app store, they do similar thing.

Use the Reminders app.

Before I got an Apple Watch, I set reminders using the Reminders app on my phone. Works really well, and you can “reset” the cleared reminders the next day by unchecking them.

Some water apps also have customizable alarms, so try checking some of those as well.

Just set a timer for 1 hour, then stand up and repeat.
Water reminder apps are the most pointless as they are just expensive preset reminders.

will give it a try

I tried some water apps, but they are not accessible, and also expensive.
so, if you can point me to an app?

set a timer

If you need to set it from now, why don't you just set a timer? You can set it for whatever length of time you need to set it for, and the next time you sit down set another one.

I use Keyboard Maestro.
It is a very versatile tool. I added a timer to play a ring bell sound every hour, from 9am to 5pm
