Hello everyone, I am an assistive technology instructor. I have been attempting to find ways to share voiceover audio through a zoom meeting or however it can be done. I’ve have not found any solution to this. If you know a way for me to share voiceover audio do a meeting platform or some other way, so that I can teach voiceover and general iPhone accessibility skills. Please let me know. Thank you for all the information and resources.

Re: How can I share iPhone voiceover audio to a external compute
Hello Brandon,
The only way I know of doing this is patching the iPhone audio output to a sound card or recorder via Bluetooth or Lightning, then capturing the audio from the sound device into the application that you wish to hear the iPhone.
I could be lacking knowledge here, but I haven't found any other way to do this myself.
Its unfortunate that Apple makes this difficult, but I imagine direct audio recording or patching from application to application within the phone itself is prevented to thwart copyright infringement.
Try the Screen Recording feature in Control Center
Hi,
As VoiceOver can be recorded in regular screen recordings, the following steps could work:
First, make sure that screen recording is added to your Control Center controls.
Then, join a Zoom meeting and open the control center. Locate the focus to Screen Recording, then swipe down with one finger and double tap. Now, choose Zoom from the available options and double-tap on the button that says something like "start recording".
Disclaimer: I've not tried that yet, maybe this only activates the Zoom screen sharing without VO sounds.
Thank you to the first comment of this thread!
that first comment of the thread was very helpful. I had a pair of external sound card which has a audio and microphone input. I proceeded to plug in a auxiliary cable into the microphone input and plug the end into my iPhone. I was using audacity to monitor the audio. While recording in audacity and allowing monitoring and audacity with the USB external sound card set as the input. I was able to screen share and voiceover audio in the zoom meeting. with this method i had no issue sharing voiceover audio with no problems.
