Trouble with Prime video app

Hi all,
Has anyone had issues accessing Amazon prime on Apple tv with VO? I can select my profile but cannot access any further options such as the watch list, the apple tv is up to date.
Any help would be great!
Also does Brit box work on Apple tv and is AD supported?

However I just got an iPad 9 gen and will setup prime video. Hope no issues.

BritBox mostly works fine on Apple TV with VoiceOver. However audio description is only currently available on the iOS app. It is possible however to airplay audio described content from your iOS device to the Apple TV. Apparently they are working on adding audio description to the AppleTV app but this hasn’t happened yet. I’m not currently experiencing any problems with the Amazon Prime app.
