Is it possible to detect alt text in a photo?

Hello everyone!

With the release of ioS15, Apple gave the ability for users to add alt text to their photos in their camera roll. I'm wondering if anyone here knows if it would be possible to detect/extract the alt text from a photo through code? Or is there not support for that? Thanks.

You could use Seeing AI, or move your picture to Dropbox or something and do OCR with an OCR app like OpenBook.

This is in the app development and programming forum. I'm asking if this can be achieved through programming, not just by opening another app.
