Transfer music from iPod to iPhone

My girlfriend has an iPod which is pretty old. It's the Ipod which has a wheel on it. I can't remember the exact model, but I guess it's the iPod Shuffle. Now, she wants to move all her music from the iPod to her iPhone via iTunes. This has got some trouble: When the iPod is connected to her computer it shows all the songs etc. but these aren't in her libeary in Itunes. How do we then trasfer them to her phone? THe way she has transfered music to her iPod was to drag it from the Windows Explorer to the iPod. Any help will be appreciated

Instead of trying to transfer the music between the iPod and iPhone, she could use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the music into iTunes. Once it is imported into her library, she can sync it to the iPhone.

First she has to transfer music from iPod to computer.Next unplug the iPod and plug in the iPhone. Nextafter plugging in the iPhone if the radiobuttons that say music movies tv shows books ring tones select music then select the check box sync music. Then tab to apply and the music will begin transferring to the iPhone.
