I use Trello to organize my projects and commissions both for my benefit and the benefit of any clients tracking their projects as well as listing prices, quotes, and terms of service. If anybody here has used it, you'll know that it's... less than ideal when it comes to accessibility. It's most accessible on the iPhone app. The website is useable, but it gets extremely complex and convoluted extremely quickly. What I do is organize prices, terms, quotes, commission queues, and personal projects into separate lists on one board. Each card is one project, showing the name, client, and commission progress.
In the interest of blind clients and my own sanity, I'm looking for something that can fill this role and be easier to use both on mobile and on desktop, ideally compatible on Windows, macOS and iOS. Does anybody use or know about something similar to Trello that's more accessible?

The IOS app is very friendly. There is also the mac app, which I have not tried. For windows, you can send tasks and notes via email which is very easy. Only note, the mac app is very costly.
