Good news! We have finally managed to get FruitPot back to the AppStore. You can download it and play it as it always should have been. New gamers are welcomed too, of course.
You should be also able to recover your saved games in the title button and iCloud saved games (attention, sometimes there is at the first try a notice asking for delete or wait, select wait and try later). The game is as it was 2.5 years ago, with small changes to adapt it to 2021. I hope you all enjoy it.

just one question, do I have to redownload again or can I play as before if I already have the game

It's a new version with a couple of bugs solved inside the lucky well, and Westopia (old version) removed from the laboratory. Apart from that, numerous changes were all caused by the translation to the new code language version. It might contain the same bugs as two years ago (device getting hot, occasional crashes and loss of response). I hope it doesn't require much maintenance, but if you find some bugs, please report them to me here or to [email protected]

Finding out that fruitpot has returned to the app store just might be the best news I've had so far this year. I love this game, and spent most of my lunch break playing it once I found out that it had been updated.

I'm glad to see it's back. I had the old version and still played. This is still one of my favourite games.

Of course, sorry. FruitPot is a free slot machine simulator game for iPhone and iPad in which you spend the chips that you win in products of a series of stores. When you buy all the items of the store, a new symbol appears on the slot. It contains also many additional mini-games. It's 100% accessible with voiceOver and a couple of years ago came out of the app Store because Apple toughens some rules to publish slots.
There is an old post in AppleVis about the game, but since then, the game has changed a lot. Here's the link:

The subject says it all. I play the testflight version so just in case I have to buy more things, it doesn't charge to my card/Apple ID. This is also why Westopia's still on the Testflight version for me.

I love this game!!! But I have a couple questions about how to play? What are holds and nudges? How do you use them? Sometimes the shopping challenge doesn’t always work. Are there any visual graphics on the screen? Also the hearts and 4 leaf clover symbols don’t show up.
Please continue releasing more accessible games for us!
Thanks

The holds and nudges are used to manipulate the wheels to get what you want. Example, if you get 2 cherries and 1 apple, you want to hold the cherries and spin the 1 wheel till you get the 3rd cherry. For the nudges, you get to see what's under the wheel, so my example above if you already have 2 cherries and on the wheel that has the apple, if it says next cherry, you can then nudge that wheel to get the 3rd cherry. I think the shopping challenge is random. So if you get it you get it and if you don't then try again. Some of the symbols won't show up unless you buy certain things so make sure that you purchased all the stuff from 1 store and try to win money to buy out all the things and then some of the symbols would be unlocked.

hi, I was an old user, but this new way of playing is very addictive and fluent.

I only have a question, how bonuses work? I only get my self hearing that bonus is available in one of the rows but don't know why or what does that mean.

Hello, we are the developers of FruitPot, Westopia, and Smash the Gangs, and are glad to announce that we have a new game for iPhone and iPad almost ready to launch on the AppStore, and today available test with TestFligtht. The name of the game is BattleFruit and it’s based on the game Battleship, but with many additions. In this game, you are a cook that has to catch pieces of fruits from your opponent. Fruits lay on a gridded board and there are different types of kitchen utensils to catch the fruits.: like the fork, which hits only to one cell of the grid, the knife, which hits three cells on a row, and also the spoon, the tong and the blender, that work in different ways. Boards have different shapes and sizes, as do fruits. It’s a funny game with fast matches and 100% accessible with voiceOver. If you want to participate in the TestFlight we will be very grateful, we need some feedback about voiceOver accessibility, the gameplay and playability in general and, of course, any suggestions are welcome. You can reach us at [email protected].

Hello there,
As many of you helped me a lot in the past, I gladly present you FruitPot 2 beta test. The finished game should be on the iOS App Store in the next few weeks, but now you can test it beforehand and help me again.
FruitPot 2 is the new version of the loved fruit machine FruitPot, with similar gameplay and already with 15 mini-games that you’ll unlock by buying the items from the stores of the mall. The theme of the game is the 80’s, with corresponding graphics, items, songs, etc.
The game should work seamlessly and allow you to progress through the game, there are still some minor elements missing and also some of the effects sounds are provisional, and for the moment, only in English.
Although being almost ready to launch you’ll probably find some minor bugs. We need to know all kinds of errors that you can report as well as any suggestions. Besides the gameplay errors and crashes, we also need some feedback regarding the playability with VoiceOver, the game should be 100% enjoyable with accessible technologies, please tell us any incongruence or anything that’s not clear at the first try, like voices that overlap, missing information, unlabelled buttons, etc.
Following this text, you’ll find a link to the TestFlight page, where you’ll be able to download the latest version. This game doesn't need any registration or gathers any personal information, it doesn't even need an online connection.
Thank you so much for your help.
Best regards,
Eduardo

So far I like it better than the first one!

I like that the game plays in portrait view. I haven't yet figured out why sometimes when you tap the autospin button, it spins the machine several times in a row, or why sometimes VoiceOver will tell you there are repeated symbols.

I also think the buttons that explain things should open a new screen so they could be reviewed with VoiceOver. This would be better than having to listen to the whole help message every time you tap the button. Examples would be the help buttons at the top of the screen or the button that explains the pay table.

Also the "back" button in the mall isn't clear what it does. I'm thinking the button is labelled in a different language.

Good game though! Makes me want to somehow delete all my info from the first one and play through it all over again. Even better if I could somehow turn it into a YouTube LP, but I don't know how to do that. lol

The nudges aren't being spoken when you use them. Also when I got down to zero, It just made a sound so I was confused for a minute until i looked. I like it's inportrait also. Plus i like when you buy something, it's just sold, not the double confirmation step. Love the new sounds. When you sell all the items, the pop up sometimes was hard to understand, maybe give it a bit longer to let us read it. Fantastic job. I agree the back button is labeled in another language. Keep up the great work.

How can I use the free spins? I have about 70 and I don't know what are betting units. I have over 100 of them. Also when using the holds or nudges voiceover doesn't speak the item on the wheel unless if you swipe back to it.

Even though I still love the original FruitPot game, I think this one is better. I downloaded it a couple of hours ago and am seriously addicted. I couldn't figure out how to change the "auto spin" to "spin", but I figured out that double tapping on any of the 3 reels will spin. I have already purchased a lot of items from the stores and unlocked a few of the minigames. Congrats on yet another awesome game.

Hi! I’m loving the new FruitPot two game. However, I’ve noticed a couple of odd and annoying behaviors. When I auto spin, and there are two of the same symbol on the reels, auto spin does not stop, but keeps going. How can I manually stop auto spin? Second, if I hold two of the reels, and activate any of the three reels to spin to get the third symbol, all three symbols change even though I have two of them held. This also decreases my number of holds. I’m hoping that these are just bugs that can be fixed in an update. If not, I would love to be able to know how to work around them or what I’m doing wrong. Love the game! Keep up the great work.

By David Standen on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - 14:06

I can't work out how to change "auto spin" to "spin" either, but I found that double-tapping on any of the 3 reels will cause them only to spin once. Holding 2 of the reels and double-tapping on the remaining reel will work just fine. Good luck.

By flcomputergeek on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - 14:06

Hi David. I’ve tried that method as well, unfortunately, for me, it works in consistently. Tapping the unheld reel still causes all three reels to spin, and I lose my holds.

Hi Eduardo

i love fruitpot since the first season and one of the things I love the most about this game is the random comments while spining the fortune wheel and the comments appearing in the stores while describing the products, and all of this was in Spanish!

Now I have bought the new Fruitpot 2, and even when I'm loving it, I'm wondering why now it is only in English? are you planing to make the translation? and if you need some help, I offer my free service as a translator to Spanish, in case you need a translator.

kind regards.
