Hello,
Is there a way to do a restore to factory defaults or hard reset on a Brailliant BI-20X? I was expecting to find such an option int he menus but I do not find one. And the manual does not mention it. There has to be a way right?
Thanks.

Per this post on the Brailliant-BI-X-USERS mailing list:

Turn off the Brailliant and make sure it’s unplugged. Hold down the Volume Up and Power button together for 3 to 4 seconds, until “recovery mode” appears on the display. This will quickly switch to the starting graphic, and then the display will go blank. Restart as normal. Diagnostic is now on the main menu, and Factory reset is in that menu.
