watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hello,
I'm trying to "redownload" Weather Gods on my series 2 watch, but "unable to complete request. Please try again later," is heard with VO. We have not that good internet down here where I live in Lampe Missouri, in the USA of course. Howevre, what else could be causing the issue other than that? WIFI's on and INDIAN CREEK INN is my IP address. Pleasse forget that address as it's our business. I'm just giving you as much detail so you can try to help.
Thank you, and I'm glad I found this forum.

could be that you do not have enough memory. Restart watch and download the app. Also the app may not be for the watch 2. It is old and some appps may not work for it.

Hello,
Apparently, it was added in the past by the students who helped set up the watch for my friend, Tim. Keep in mind that he only used it for demo/instruction purposes, so I'll get with him again on that. right now, I have about 2.5 GB left on the watch to use out of approximately 4 something or 5 something, depending on where you look--watch itself or the app on your iPhone, also named watch. I heard from here that if the app/s aren't tied to my Apple ID, watch can't use them. I have two apps--Fox News and another one--on the watch already. I'll have to get with Tim and his helpers to see what apps were on the watch/how to reinstall them. Maybe, he should've just wiped his Apple ID not all the apps. however, you have to have an ID to run em, so I'll also hav help getting my credit card's security code into the wallet part of the watch app.
Thank you for your help,

When someone gives his watch or sale it they delete the apple ID so the person can create their own Apple ID.

You should resotre the watch

Holger's right, you should've been able to put your own ID in and start setup. Once done, your credit card should already be in the wallet app, if you have doen it on the phone previously. I'd do that, it's much easier then trying to type on that small screen. I'd get with this kid and have them completely erase all content, then you can try putting on apps you want. also remember your watch is older so it might not be able to run apps it can on newer models. Good luck.

Thanks!

Thanks for this. Yes, my card's in the wallet, just security code needs to be entered. I'll do that on my phone with sighted assistance.
