According to 9 to 5 Mac, Apple has now made it so that anybody can test the iOS 17 developer previews
This means that you no longer need to pay US$99/AU$149 for Developer account to test iOS 17 iPadOS 17 macOS 14 watchOS 10 and TOS 17
This is great news for people who want to test but do not will not or could not share their bank details with Apple

Apple Beta Releases
Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Bugs
The only annoying bugs I have is VoiceOver basically jumbling over and when it comes to words and the fact I can’t use any of the editing actions any more.
amazing!
amazing! now beta updates will be faster, and thus users don't have to wait a week later to install future beta versions. Hoping apple will fix those bugs in the second beta whenever it becomes available.
Beta updates isn’t showing anymore
I am updated to the latest version of iOS 16, but the beta update menu isn’t showing, I think it’s because I accidentally turned it off. Now it won’t show up again. I tried resetting my phone and re-launching settings about four times. I don’t know how to fix it.
You may have to sign in with Apple
Try https://developer.apple.com. My understanding is that you need to sign in with your Apple ID in order to see the beta again.
