1. Possibly in addition to other phrases, the following are not spoken at all:
- "Go!"
- "Ouch!"
- "Nice!"
- "Thank you!"
The above phrases are red out if followed or preceded by other words.
2. Only when saying a few phrases, like "Stop!", "Wait!", and "Great!", does the voice exclaim somehow.
3. It's often difficult to get to the text field by moving the finger around the screen. Besides, double-tapping with four fingers only works after you first focus the cursor on something on the keyboard and then perform the gesture.
4. Personal voices should be possible to use without having to switch to the English keyboard, or whatever language the voice is in, similar to setting/having a default language for VoiceOver or the Speech feature.
5. While charging, I would occasionally receive notifications informing me that the preparation of the personal voice was paused, and the device had to be charging and locked for the process to resume, which was already the case. I would navigate to the status bar and make sure that the device was still charging right after getting this notification, but I would get it a while later anyway.
6. After I realized that the personal voice was ready for use, I went to the settings but couldn't find my voice among the available voices there. Even a reboot didn't work, so I had to toggle Personal Voice off and back on, most likely for the settings to be updated or take effect.

Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

Any luck with personal voice?
Hi there. Has anyone managed to get personal voice working with VO?
it won't work
it is i believe for people who need their voice to read out sentences not to work with voiceover as a daily voice.
