VoiceOver accessible London transport app

I have previously used the app "Tube Tamer" when I have been in London. Unfortunately, it is no longer available, at least not in my App Store.
What other apps are there that can be used with VoiceOver and where you can enter from/to stations and see which lines you can take, where to get off/change etc.?

I've not used it to actually book a train but it's very very accessible.

I need an app where I can plan/enter a route in advance and see which transport I have to take, which station I have to get off/change at etc. Isn't Moovit mostly used in real time?

Not used since moved out of London but I thought you could plan a journey and the app would tell you when you reached you're stop etc. So not sure to be honest. Maybe download it and try it is free so won't cost you anything.
