Command-Delete
From my understanding and use of the Shortcuts app, you should be able to delete shortcuts by focusing on the one you want to delete, and choosing Edit > Delete, or pressing Command-Delete. Does this method work for you?

Hi tylerr, i did read an apple support that you can remove a shortcut by either the edit menu or the command plus delete keys; but not sure if it’s a bug but both methods don’t work for me. Is there any other alternative methods, thank you

What view are you using? For some reason, it works for me in icon view, but not list view. You can find view options in the toolbar of the Shortcuts app.
