Removing Nike Plus iPod from Settings

Yesterday I discovered under "Settings" on my iPod something called "Nike Plus iPod." I don't seem to have any app by that name on my iPod, and I'm wondering how that setting might have gotten there and how to remove it.

This setting is used in conjunction with an accessory that you can buy. It's a built-in setting, so it can't be removed.

Hi. Its an iOs feature, wich enables you to use Nike running shoes with integrated running sensor in them with your iOs device. You can't disable that option in the menu, and the app itself can be enabled in the settings of nike + iPod.
