IOS developer Program

Hi All, I want to join the IOS developer program. When I go to the developer sight, I go to the link that reads IOS developer program and I hit enter. I go to the next page and I hit the inroll link and It takes me to the next page. I come to the continue link and That does not open. Note: I am using OS 10.8. I tried this on windows and on IOS and It did not work. I am not using the same Apple ID to do this. I made an ID only for the IOS developer program. Please help me if You can. Thanks.

Hi. Is it possible they aren't letting anyone in right now? Both for the new releases coming, and because of their hack early?

You need to press VO Shift space in order to click the continue button. That threw me for a loop as well. :-)
