Is there a command to jump into a pop-up?

Hi
Having issues with pop ups wondered if anyone could help, Can you find a command to jump into a pop-up, this isn’t necessarily in the Google suite, but I think it is in this case might be a more general command too.

Is this on a mac? iPhone/iPad?

Sometimes Tab works.

Other times, the pop up elements seem to be at the very bottom of the HTML file, so you can get to the contents by moving to the last element on the page with VO+End.

There is no standard for this, and it's very frustrating.
