Hello. I am looking for an alternative to MS Word. I have Word and OneDrive on my iPhone. I have a lot of Word files in OneDrive, and am looking for an app to import, read and edit those files. I have tried several mainstream apps which all let you import Word and other Office files. For what it's worth, all of those apps were anywhere from 70% to 85% accessible. I don't need to create Word files, since I don't use my laptop much anymore. If the app did allow for creating Word documents then great, but that's not a huge thing for me. Does anyone have any ideas of an app that can do what I want? Open for all feedback.

Have you tried Pages?
Pages for iOS should do what you need. It is essentially Apple's alternative to Microsoft Word, and it's supposed to be very accessible on iOS.

Thanks for this recommendation. I had thought about Pages, but wondered if it was to too cluttered. I tried again and really like what I see. After some tinkering I have questions about using Pages, but I'll look elsewhere for the answers.
Pages and Voice Dream Writer
Over the years Pages has become the favorite word processor in my quiver. I also like and us Voice Dream Writer and it has its strengths too so both of them reside side by side on my iPad and iPhone.
