I would like to be able to send virtual e-card for different holidays and birthdays to my friends and family.
However the last three websites I’ve tried, most of the cards you need a subscription to send them because their premium or fancy.
These websites say that they have some free cards that you can choose from. But the only way to tell his by a visual picture. They say the premium cards have larger thumbnails, and the free ones are smaller images with an ad beside them. But because I use a screen reader there is literally no difference and I can’t tell which is which.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Blue Mountain
This website does require a subscription for their premium eCards, but they do have free eCards that do not require a subscription service, and the site is fairly accessible. Link below.

This web site has a subscription if you want to send as many cards as you want. I don’t know how many cards you can send for free. There are no premium cards on this website. They also have an accessible app. Web site link : jacquielawson.com

I have heard of Blue Mountain but forgot about it. I've not heard of the other website mentioned here though. But I'm wondering if any of you have heard of the organization mentioned in my subject? They have a website which was very accessible when I tried it out several years ago on Windows and then on the Mac. But one day I got an email saying that they were going to upgrade the site, and when I tried it out it wasn't very accessible at all with VoiceOver. But I was somehow able to find a contact email, and shot them a message. I heard back from a support representative, who asked me to provide more details. Fast-forward to earlier this year, when I received an email back from them. Apparently now they require accounts, which I found out kinda the hard way as I had to request a password reset. But yes, the website is mostly accessible with VO on the Mac now. I think the only part that doesn't work with VO is lighting a candle. But I will check this out again to see if there have been any more updates. Their website is http://www.grateful.org . I haven't checked it out on iOS yet.
