please i nead help with my voice over's voices!

hi all first i want say that my english is not good am sorry. my problem i restored my iphone today but i lose the clear voice, it's back to the old voice it's not very clear I hate this voice i try to return it but i Failed can you help? i have iphone4 and it's up to date

Charging your iPod while it's connected to wifi will automatically download the non-compact voice.

well i don't understand you i have iphone not ipad and if you mean iphone when i do that? after restoring or any time? should i restore my iphone againe? i just want to say that the compact voice is appear and i turned it of but the old voice still running

Have you check if your voices are in compact voice mode? You can go to settings, general, accessibility, voiceover It should say on! Double tap that. Then go to use compact voice it should say on or off. Let me know if you need anymore help!
