Accessibility Comments

This is really easy to use and accessible. Just keep in mind that the free plan uses an older GPT Model 3 while Microsoft Bing uses the newer GPT Model 4. But it's still fun to use and more friendly for VoiceOver users.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

The streaming works great for me. No delays or lost parts of the message when VO is reading. The only time it seems to skip through the message is when you do something, such as swipe on the screen etc and VoiceOver gets confused.
I'm using Daniel enhanced but not sure if that makes a difference.

Tara? do you have a paid or unpaid membership? If unpaid, i dimly recall that beyond a certain number of chats per week or month, the user is relegated to a slower speed, or perhaps just a lower priority in the cue or something like that.

Have you contacted their tech support regarding the issue you've been exsperiencing? What was their response?

A long shot. But perhaps you could try turning on screen recognition and looking for any message that has appeared which VO isn't exposing.

Just spitballing now, honestly.

So, I've just contacted support, so we'll see what they say. I tried turning on screen recognition when I opened the app, and all the buttons that were clearly labelled were then unlabelled. And I'm a Plus subscriber, but I don't see why a free plan would create a lag when actually navigating the app. I get there being a lag when actually sending a message and getting a response back, but not for actually navigating the app's interface. I took a screenshot of the app on first opening, sent it to Access AI, but there were no promotional or news messages clogging up the screen. I even deleted some of my chat history to see if that'd help, but nothing. Thanks for all your suggestions anyway.
