Hello!
Recently I switched from Android to an iPhone 16 and now trying to explore various VO features and settings. But it seems that I accidently turn off something useful. As far as I remember when any pop-up window appears on the screen VO plays specific sound and focus automatically goes to this new window. But now it doesn't happen. For example:
1) Go to the home screen.
2) Find any app and choose Remove action.
3) Confirmation dialog which asks about app or only shortcut deletion appears.
4) But there's no sound for it, even VO focus stays on same app instead of newly appeared dialog.
I'm absolutely sure that when I used iPhone SE (first generation) with iOS 13 or similar VO behaves differently, but maybe it's just a new iOS and now it's not a bug. However, if on latest iOS (18.4.1) VO still reacts on such windows, could someone tell which setting should I change to return the normal behavior?

Bug, sometimes VO focus on it sometimes it does not, depend on the app. 18.4.1 and iPhone 16 pro max.
VoiceOver sounds
Hi,
Make sure sounds are turned on under VoiceOver settings. Go to accessibility/VoiceOver/audio/sounds and haptics and make sure sounds are on. That'll at least help you to know if there's a pop-up at all. I've never had VoiceOver lose focus on a pop-up. It might be a case of just using explore by touch when you hear the VoiceOver alert sound when a pop-up comes up.

Yes, sounds are turned on, sorry for forgot to point it. Actually, I can check preview for pop-up sound in the VO settings but have no this sound when something pops-up.
It's even stranger
Now I found that VO completely not playing some sounds, E.G. for scrolling. I'm able to check preview for this sound, but turning it off and on as well as turning off and on all VO sounds change nothing. Is it possible to reset VO settings without resetting the iOS?
