Under the advanced options, can I assign static IP addresses? Also, can I open ports through the router firewall?

A couple of years ago, I had a new Arris router that guarded all manner of advanced actions with an inaccessible CAPTCHA, even though I used a wired connection. There was no way to disable the CAPTCHA. I even called their support line. Would this app have allowed me to workaround that issue?

This app is little more than an HTML browser, giving me the same interface and options that I would have if I had logged into my router backend using Safari.

The list of default passwords for various router brands is one of them, and it's great.
