I would like to update my AppleVis account information. However, VoiceOver does not attempt to read the "My Account" section. Before it used to work but now it's just completely gone. Any help would be appreciated.
I believe the site's responsive mobile layout may be what you are seeing.
When you are on the "My Account" page, does VoiceOver say something like, "Tabs Display Toggle Button, Collapsed," and then read how long you have been a member?
If this is what you are seeing, this is because the site automatically adapts itself to fit the screen layout of whatever the device is; hiding menus and other links when in the Mobile view. Navigating to the Tabs Display and expanding it should reveal the Edit and other account links.
Please do let me know if this works for you, or if the issue you are experiencing is something completely different.
It is on the webpage homepage. VoiceOver doesn't read "My Account." I've tried expanding the Main Menu options and all I get is Apps, Forums, Posts, Blog. But no My Account.
No problem, glad that's all the issue was! 😊 In the coming months, we also hope to revamp this process to make accessing one's account easier and more straightforward.
Could you please make the title more descriptive, before coming here I had no idea whether this was a site issue or a device issue and what nature it was. I'd like to see actually meaningful topic titles be part of site policy, I get a little frustrated with things like "urgent help needed" or similarly vague titles.

Second the title request,…
Second the title request, please. I think descriptive titles are requested in the guidelines.
