watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hey everybody.

So I wake up the watch, put it right next to my mouth, and yell at it to seta timer for twenty minutes. It sets it, and says it's counting down. Now, how do I tell how much is left? If I wake it up again, it's not on the face. If I go into the app switcher, the timer app, which I *think*exists, doesn't shpw up there. It's not in notifications. Where does it live?

Honestly asking because I don't know much about the Apple watches, however I do know that with iOS, you could just ask for updates on your timer, and it will tell you.
I'm thinking you should be able to do the same with your Apple Watch.

HTH. :-)

You can check with siri I.e, how much is left on timer, or, the timer should show up on the watch face but after the complications; I think. Don't have my watch with so cant verify but I'll edit tomorrow if this is indeed the case. I'm prety sure it is, but will confirm to be sure.

Hi,
There are several ways to check the time remaining on your Timer.
1. Ask SIRI how long on Timer.
2. Open the Timer App on your Apple Watch. This App exists in your App Library, and you can open it the usual way or by tapping on the Time Button on the SIRI Pop up. That is, when you ask SIRI to set the timer, your request will remain on the screen for a moment. There is a button on this SIRI Pop Up which will open the Timer App.
3. I thought that it may appear in Widgets. I don't have a Timer Widget selected, so it did not for me, but it may be worth checking if this feature is available.
4. Complications. If you use your Timers a lot, simply add the Timer Complication to your watch face. This will then give you a short cut to set a Timer without shouting at SIRI, and, I think, will also display a the status of your Timer right on your Watchface.
Hope this helps.
