Hi guys,
Has anybody bought or heard of these AI glasses? I accidentally came across an ad for these. They claim to be at least as good as Meta but at a fraction of the price. Searching I can't find any actual demos but one video did say they use Chat GPT. Can't confirm that. Nor how useable the app would be. If all they claim is true and who knows then they maybe worth a go if someone has any spare cash.

Research
As so often happens got curious and started looking into smart glasses more. I didn't realise just how many different types were out there. Well over 20. Anyway apart from the Euvelle came across Trovoro Glasses. These genuinely do sound great. They even have a high def camera and are only Β£124.99.
Whoops wrong price
Β£129.99 still if as good as they seem then probably worth a spin.
iβm leaning on scam
iβm thinking this might be a scam. All the videos on YouTube A are AI. there is an app for the glasses, but they are middling. Iβm curious to find out if anybody has any success with them. I did email them to see what they say. really Iβm curious to see if they would be interested in adding Be My Eyes to the app. Doubtful though. in the end, we just might have to wait for the echo vision glasses or whatever Google/Apple is coming out with.
Anyone found out more?
I came on here looking to see if anyone had any more info, as have seen these pop up in sponsored ads on Facebook.
On paper they look amazing and apparently even offer to add prescription lenses into the frames.
It does seem a bit too good to be true though, with a 4k camera, longer battery life than the Meta's and Chat GPT powered, all for the discounted price of around Β£120.
Anyone found out more, or even took the plunge and ordered a pair?
This is their website.

Probably a scam
Most likely a scam.
EUVELLE | CYANβ’ AI glasses updates
Hi! one friend of mine has it.
it's not scam however it's a toy lol
According to my friend's words, this is the info about the glasses.
The design is very similar to the Ray Ban Meta wayfarer.
It includes 2 poor quality microphones, so you'll hardly have a satisfy phone call
Stereo sound not so great, according to my friend you won't hear well in some noisy environments nothing to do with the sound in the Ray Ban Meta.
Built material okay but not in the same quality of the Ray Ban Meta
interesting the look and ask works and it's able to describe whats in front.
App is some accessible using voiceOver however include some screen or windows that only show text but not accessible buttons to select.
Well you could imagine the rest, this is the best that offer
My friend also has the Ray Ban Meta, thats why the comparison to the meta glasses.
Not worth it over $40
Hello,
I recently received a pair of Euvelle Cyan AI glasses. They fit exactly the same as Meta Ray Ban standard wayfarer sunglasses. With the Euvelle Cyan AI sunglasses, you get matte black frame, microfiber pouch, hardshell case, three sets of clear to dark lenses, mine came with lens cleaner that is garbage. The charging cord to the glasses, which charges via magnetic charge at right ear arm (think a smart watch charger (fitbit; garmin) is magnet at one end and usb type c the other. I assume so you can charge the glasses via another type c device (phone/ tablet). The frame build is cheap. The camera and video image are bad. The phone call quality is horrible in that both side have difficulty hearing clearly. The worse is there is zero bass to sound, and the negative star item is, if you put volume to zero, then go up one click, the volume is too loud. They need half of a click to be discrete. Another bad item is if you receive a text message, these do not notify you of a text message or read it to you. These do not translate a foreign language (not even in Hey Cyan app). App is very basic, you cannot change the female AI assistant voice that advises you of the features these glasses cannot do. All of this is corrected if you buy the Meta Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses, which I owned but for $300 and limited to 4 translate languages and only 3 minutes of record, I couldn't justify. I bought these because I wanted to listen to music or a call while walking on a trail or talking to people and not have my ears fully plugged up. I like that these can record up to 9 minutes. Can identify items when picture taken. But when asked what time it is, Cyan AI could not tell me and advised to look around or at another device for the time. I also wanted a second charging cable for the car, no aftermarket magnetic charging cable will charge these. You are held hostage to the $24.99 Euvelle cable. I also bought a pair of aftermarket, photochromatic lenses off amazon for the Meta Ray Ban Wayfarer 50mm and surprisingly, with a little force, aftermarket lenses do fit these Euvelle frames. Someone mentioned above these are a Toy. Yup! After now owning I imagine going to Five below and picking these up off the shelf. At the time I bought they were $99, now back up to $129, that's $80 overpriced. I think if you can try on the Meta Ray Ban Standard size Wayfarer and that is a good fit, and can find these Euvelle Cyan AI for < $50/ $40 really, then if you are okay with basic services, these can work. But otherwise, zoom over to the Meta Ray Ban refurbished site and see if anything works there. Same warranty period at a discounted price. Good Luck!
