Hi,
So I've been using this k480 keyboard since 2018 on windows, especially since both of my windows laptops' keyboards have at least one key broken, lid closed, etc. It's been a wonderful experience and I've only changed the battery only once since I first got it, while using it pretty much everyday and shutting it down after use. On iphone too though it's rare.
So my main current hp laptop had its keyboard replaced two years ago and 12 months after the same thing happened, I noticed very quickly after repair that some keys were already showing signs of weakness much more than the original keyboard ever did, but let's forget about hp because it's hp after all and I don't have much positive to say about them. I consider myself to have a good laptop, IE I can just press left shift + fn instead of going into the bios just to prevent function keys being media keys.
So. I gave this history so you understand that I've been a very very long time user of this keyboard. I staarted using it again because when down arrow is broken, reviewing code is a pain in the... fingers! :) literally.
I just don't remember if I had the same problem before and got used to it.
Basically, when I do capslock + left ctrl + right arrow key, or capslock + left ctrl + shift/left_windows/alt + right arrow (just for the sake of reproducing the bug), tested with both jaws and nvda in any app, the right arrow key is constantly ignored like the system is unable to detect it. If I do any of the right modifiers (shift, alt) with the left ctrl and capslock, the same thing happens, right arrow, is ignored. In both examples I just gave, the other arrow keys work as normal with any of the combination mentioned above. Literally all the other keypresses with those combinations work except for the right arrow, the slash (/) and the plus (+) on both us layout and canadian french (where / is of course é). So if I want to modify any of the voice settings, I have to either use the right ctrl or only scroll backwards in the synth settings ring as NVAccess calls it.
I use logitech option (the old version) for the functions keys to not work as media keys, but this was also happening before I install that anyway. I of course did the obvious, a couple of reboots and unfortunate windows updateso, no worries my ssd is fine still (so far!).
Any tip would be appreciated.

Buy a new keyboard. 😛
I think this is just a Logitech thing.
I hooked the K380 up to Windows briefly a while back, and it too does the thing where you have to go backwards through NVDA's synth settings. I'm pretty sure this has worked for me with other Logitech keyboards in the past though, but they were either wired or using Logitech's dongle thingy, I'm not sure if that's WiFi or Bluetooth or what. They were also, IIRC, single device keyboards. So I don't know if that's the determining factor.
