Playback controls in iTunes for mac

Hi all, just a quick question re iTunes and mac. I'm just wondering how to forward/rewind a song/movie/tv show while it is playing. I can seem to jump to the next track, but not change the position of the currently playing track. I can't seem to find this information anywhere on Google. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks :)

To move forwards or back within a track that is playing in iTunes, use Commanf-Option-Right or Left Arrow. You can find a list of the Keyboard Shortcuts for iTunes 11 on the Mac in the Apple Knowledgebase article, "iTunes 11 for Mac: Keyboard Shortcuts":
