Creating downloadable iCloud Drive links

Hello AppleVis members, Iā€™m just wondering how can I create a iCloud Drive downloadable link so that I could share a 50GB file to someone else.
I have located this button in the Photos app called copy iCloud link, but this is most irritatingly absent in the files app.
So how can I get this done on my iPhone/Mac help will be greatly appreciated

When selecting to share a file in the Files app on iOS or Finder on macOS, if "Collaborate" rather than "send copy" is selected, there should be an "invite with link" button.
