A RSS and podcast client used on both IOS and Mac OS

Hi! I am looking for an app where I can sync RSS-feeds and podcast-feeds between my mac and iPhone. It could be nice if I could download the audio files to my Mac, but it is not the most important thing for me. I just want to catch with RSS and stream some audiofiles via the app. I've heard about Instacast, but that can only sync podcast-feeds and I want both things to be done, if possible. Oh and my last hope for an app: It doesn't change the filename on the file when it at's downloaded like iTunes have done to me before. If anyone has any idea to a suggestion I will be more than happy to check it out. Thanks in advance for your help.
