macOS and Mac Apps
Hello, I recently got a Mac Book Pro and am having difficulty figuring out how to use Voiceover to read Word and PDF Documents? I am a student and most of my school documents from my professors are posted online in Word and PDF Documents so this is a must for me. Someone please help before I I throw this machine out the window!

I am not using any specific apps. I'm not sure how to get voiceover to read the files my professors send me that are Word and PDF formats.

I Don't remember which Apple Vis team member did an 83 minute podcast on what apps he uses on his MBP, but I do remember him saying that he uses a program called SKIM he got from the Mac App store for PDF docs. Hope this helps a little, John Chilelli
