Hello all: It's Prime Day on Amazon. And I found a Roomba robot vacuum on sale. But before I give it a try, is the app accessible, would you recommend, and if not, what robot vacuum would you recommend? Thanks in advance.
I don't have one, but my parents do. From what little I remember of their explanation of the app, you do have to create a map of the house or apartment so it knows where to go. You would probably need some sighted assistance with this part by using Aira or something. From what I understand, that part is pretty visual. Beyond that, it should be pretty easy. But I'm not 100 percent sure so hoping others will chime in here.
I bought one for only about $80 2 years ago. I just turned it on and let it go on my first floor for about an hour. That seems to do it. I don’t bother with its app.
