New audio game platform in beta

What are your thoughts on the new audio gaming platform that is now available in beta developed by Mason Armstrong called A G now? I actually happen to like it quite a bit. It allows me to play games that I could not play before because I did not have a working PC. So, what are others thoughts on this? There are games such as grizzly Gulch, super Liam, castaways and castaways two, crazy party, heroes call, ball bouncer, pretty much all of the newest audio games including freight fate. And of course, some classics in there too. Even manamon, but it runs in demo mode. A lot of the paid games you do have to enter your registry key for but that’s to be expected. Now some games you will have to set up some gestures for to make it easier to play, I’ve had to do that with a couple of games but it’s not that hard once you get the hang of it. The only issue I see is the unavoidable delay. The delay kind of messes me up in some cases. Oh yes, and I forgot, they have the gym kitchens games as well on there. They even have tube sim But I don’t even know how you would begin to play that on a mobile device. But yes they do have a web version for PC users. And yes, for you android users it’s also available.

Link? This sounds interesting. Would love to go back and replay some of the old audio games I bought back in the day. I'm guessing this is using some kind of emulation though.

Yes it's using wine bottles. I quite like this a lot but I have not tried it on the phone yet but been meaning to.

Really good

Testing the ios app so far and this is really well done. Although there's a bitt of delay at times with games i.e, noticeable crackling and studdering at times. Hopefully that can be fixed but, great work so far.

How to use this on Mac?

I downloaded this thing to my Mac and try to play a game when I open a game I have received that text. Control of press comment plus option plus F 11 to play and when I press to the keys, nothing happened.

I had never used it on Mac so I really couldn’t help you though, I’m sorry. However, I was told about this by a friend and it is really really nice. Thank you for putting the link up here, I am sorry, I completely forgot. I would send feedback to the developer about using it on Mac. And you can play the original super Liam, the concept demo and the newer version as in the one that was released back in March. So if anyone wants to experience that on iOS, be my guest.

Where can I send feedback to the developer?

I searched on Google about him and cannot find any social media platform other than Twitter. I am installing it now. Is there a discord server or anything else?

Issues with Safari on Mac

Hi everyone,
I’m having issues playing AGNow on Safari on the Mac. When I launch a game, the keystrokes seem to be intercepted by Voiceover rather than AGNow and the game.
Any tips or welcome

I don't know about using the web, I downloaded the app. If you hit cmd-option-f11, it does pass control to the game. My guess is that you don't have function keys acting as function keys. Try fn-cmd-opt-f11 and see if that works.

By default the Mac has your function keys doing things like controlling volume, playing media, screen brightness, and so on. You need the function keys to stop doing that and be F1, F2, and so forth.

You can do that by hitting fn and the function key, if you use them for controlling things normally, or go into System Settings/keyboard/keyboard shortcuts/function keys and turn on use F1, F2, Etc. keys as standard function keys.

If you do that, now everything is reversed. If you hit F7, you get F7. If you want whatever control that was, you hit fn-F7, and it plays or lowers volume or whatever it's supposed to do, I can never remember, I set mine to be standard function keys right away.
