Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

apple intelligence
I read on apple's website that in this version apple intelligence will be available for iPhones for China
. Can you confirm or deny this? and is it available in the image description
Re: apple intelligence
It's available, some parts I believe. I can't confirm what is or isn't though
Browser/WebKit audio channel conflict
Thanks for the preliminary update. When you say Audio Chop is this referring to the bug where Voiceover won't output speech when media is playing in a WebKit shell (like a browser ETC)? Or are you referring to flaky audio?
Also, is the Unspeakable Text issue still there?
Re: Browser/WebKit audio channel conflict
The flaky audio when playing media in apps with voiceover and earphones connected, cuts out what voiceover is saying in random parts, is getting very annoying. I haven't seen anything say unspeakable, but I haven't had that issue much, just occasionally, if it pops up I'll confirm here
Most voiceover sounds are not working
The typical sounds the voiceover makes when swiping and double tapping are not working. I have toggled voiceover audio on and off and have reset voiceover settings with no effect.
Unspeakable English text
This bug still persists And developer beta one
finally support Chinese
I am glad that siri AI finally support Chinese.
Siri and Voiceover
For those brave people who got it, did the issue is fix? I know is earlier in the beta but was curious.
how to change the mordle to google gemini?
how can I change the mordle from chat gpt to google gemini?
Re: how to change the mordle to google gemini?
If the Apple Intelligence extension framework is what you're referring to, I do not believe Gemini or any other tool besides ChatGPT is currently supported.
sad to hear unspeakable text bug persists
I genuinely thought this was a minor glitch which would have been fixed by now, and I'm not overly keen on the possibility of this unspeakable text nonsense hanging around even longer than it already has. I can't remember this ever being an issue in previous versions of VO. If it happened at all, it was extremely rare. I wonder if Apple is even trying to fix it. Perhaps I should call and report it; maybe if enough squeaky wheels keep reporting it, something will finally be done. Since others are talkign about it, I'm guessing it isn't voice specific.
Is the pronunciation dictionary workaround a possibility?
I mean, I get that this is beta software, and the point is to report bugs. However, if it's as troublesome as everyone has reported, is it possible to just create a pronunciation dictionary entry, to replace it with something that voiceover ignores, as a temporary workaround?
Re: sad to hear unspeakable text bug persists
Hi Missy, I’m seeing this too regular publicly software. I think we’re both have to report to Apple. I’ve kind of been informally helping them troubleshooting anyway. I mean, just like what you do you know Colin and report stuff except that they a lot of times will have me troubleshoot things for them as well. It’s not a job or anything. I’m just trying to help out everybody else so they don’t have these frustrations, but I think you are too awesome. We can both do this together. Smiley face, and anybody else who wants to come on and help out. Does anybody know if that text actually appears visually? Cause it’s so weird when Voice says it and no it’s not Voice specific
Re: Is the pronunciation dictionary workaround a possibility?
Hey Brian, this doesn’t seem to be a workaround. People have tried this and it’s been a couple other threads regarding this exact issue and no it hasn’t fixed it. That pronunciation dictionary feature has never ever successfully worked for me even as it is. In the normal when it first became available and all the way to now I’ve never gotten to do what I want. And that thing is as old as iOS 10.
We're just expecting too much
I'm waiting until IOS 19. I'm sure they'll have all these bugs ironed out by then.
Re: We're just expecting too much
This will be fix with iOS 40. VO needs work and not patches.
Re: We're just expecting too much
forget that, thees issues will be fixt when the macbook has.
face Id, 6G, brings back USBA, includes wireless charging, drops the keyboard completely, so it's kinda like one of thoes linovo laptops with the 2 screens next to each other just without the keyboard completely, adds a kickstand, adds 140hz refresh rate to there screens, adds an external gpu back and allowes windows to be booted as a second OS with bootcamp again.
So basically, never
Re: We're just expecting too much
Be careful waiting. I was rolling with 18.7 until last week - avoiding the 26 bugs and moving to 27.X but still landed in the shit!
Ahhh, the good old days when companies tested internally and released mostly bug-free software without expecting free advice and testing from the customers! Yes, yes, times have changed and we're clearly not going back to integrity/pride philosophies, I know that and I've accepted it!
Re: Is the pronunciation dictionary workaround a possibility?
That is sad to hear. I've gotten the pronunciation dictionary to work on a few things, but then again, with things like this, it's always hit or miss. 🙁
On a sidenote, I hear Apple is bringing back BootCamp, slated for release on February 30, 2027. 😉
