Hello there, I have kings corner and I have tried to play on line with others under the multi player button. It says searching for other players. I wait and then it appears to encounter some type of error and I hit the button and there are cards dealt out and no one to play with? I have latest version and not sure what the issue could be? Any one else playing this game out there. Apart from that issue I love the game. blusword Thanks

Hey, I was wondering how do you move a card so that it is ontop of another card, like a stack... when I move them, they just end up next to each other as appose stacking ontop of each other... Thanks:)

Hello there. I have kings corner. Very fun game. I discovered some connectivity issues when the ap locates an opponent. Emailed the developer and they are trying to work out a fix for this. The ap is really fin.

How does one stack the cards on top of one another in this game? I can move them, but can't seem to stack them. Thanks in advance for the tips.

I don't know if these questions were answered elsewhere but here goes: First of all, I wouldn't exactly call the game 100% accessible. I guess I need to drop the developer a note next, but it is quite useable. What is really lacking is a way to move accross and down to scope out all the laid out cards without missing something. Of course, you can poke around the screen, which is what I guess we all do. Then, it would be nice if you could do something like double tap on a card in your hand and tap where you want to move it, or a move button and then the location. What you have to do is tap and hold on the card or stack you are moving and then drag your finger to where you want to move it to. When you are actually positioned over a possible stack, you will hear the name of the top most card. For example, if I want to move a black 4 from my hand onto a red 5 that's laid out, I tap and hold the 4, drag my finger to where the 5 is, and when I am actually on the 5, I hear "red 5". Or the suit, if you have the suits enabled. Then let go. 80% of the time it just works, but check to see if it's there. I don't know why but occasionally a card just won't seem to sit where it clearly can belong and when you release your finger, it's back where it started. I find if I try again and move my finger past the card and back again from different directions to make sure I'm really centered, it usually works, but occasionally I have to try 3 or 4 times to get it settled. The other thing you need to do is turn on what's called "button scrolling" in settings. Because your hand can become wider than the number of cards that can be displayed on the screen. With button scrolling turned on, if you tap "scroll right, you will see the cards in your hand that are on the far left and then scroll left to view the right-most cards. aAfter you are dealt a card, you are always left bact at the right side of your hand. You can also rearrange the cards in your hand with a tap and hold and moving the card to the left or right. You do clearly hear which cards you are between or beyond. The issue with button scrolling, is when I leave a game for a while and come back or start fresh, even though the option is turned on, the scroll arrows are not there. You can go to settings, even during a game without ending the game, and turn the option off and then on again and presto, the buttons are back. I have not tried to play with actual real players, but you can also play against 3 or 4 game-generated hands. The problem here is that the setting doesn't stay. If you leave the game open for a while and then start a new game, even though you were playing a 3 or 4 player game when you left, you always come back to a 2 player game. And theere is no neutral starting point. If you go to settings, and choose a 3 or 4 player game, you always get the message that you will need to end the current game, even if you hadn't started one yet. This last problem is probably not related to VO, but I thought I should mention it also. Despite these issues, I found that once I got used to the quirks, I do enjoy playing the game.

Thanks so much for the help. I didn't realize I have to tap and hold the cards. I'm so used to games where I click to highlight and then touch the spot I want the card. That really would be easier, but I'll give this game another try. I don't think this is totally accessible, yeah. I don't like dragging around because it's hard to have precise control that way. I used to enjoy Solitaire with real cards, so I'll see if I can't get the hang of this interface. Edit: Just played through one game on Normal difficulty. I lost. But it seems I can move cards now. Is it possible to move the stacks on the grid on top of each other? I try to but I'm not sure if it works.

Hi! As I had read here that King's Corner is accessible with VoiceOver, I got the game today. I've only played a couple of games so far, and lost both: like other players, I know the rules, I'm just not yet very expert at moving the cards to the right places. The object of the game seems to be to make stacks of alternate black and red cards, most of those stacks starting with a king at the top. Cards are moved by double-tapping and holding them then moving them with your finger, one card at a time , but you can move more than one card before ending your turn with the Done button, to build up stacks if you can do that: if they can be moved, VoiceOver will tell you when they touch another card, but if VO says nothing that probably means a card can't be moved. I admit I'm a pretty lousy King's Corner player so far, but that may be purely because I'm a newbie at this game: however, I definitely don't regret paying out 0.89 euros for it.
