I am shure there is, but its faster to write the actual html code than use an app I think. Just a suggestion. over here they give pretty good info how it works. :). I found a generator online too, in case you still need it. http://www.htmllinkcode.com/

Code

Hi. I don't know the first thing about html code. I am trying to learn, but in the mean time, apps or these online generators are good. What's the difference between mouceover text and the other text that was there? I forgot what it was called, but I think it was called tytel text or link text or something. What I did was just put Click Here in both boxes and that produced the results I wanted, but I have a bunch of links on my site and this generater will only let me do 1 link at a time. What I want is an app or online thing where I can upload a file with the links in plaine text and download a file with the links in html. So what that generator does, but with a whole page at once, not just 1 link.
