Testing iOS Betas and the Best Way to Go About it If You're Technically Not an App Developer

Apple Beta Releases

Hi,
Since I guess the IOS 8.3 public beta test isn't accepting anymore applications from what I can see from the web site, I was wondering the best course of action to take when I arrive at the tell us about yourself page.
Am I going to get in trouble if I provide answers that aren't accurate, since I'm just applying to the program to be an additional tester, and am not developing any apps?
Money isn't the issue here, I just don't want anyone coming after me is all, so I figured I'd post this here.

When I signed up for the developer program, I indicated that I was an independent accessibility tester and have had no issues.

Ok, I clicked sign up and it was asking how long I've developed apps and such. Wasn't sure what to put for the questions like that under tell us about yourself..
