VoiceOver Cursor Tracking

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to figure out what the reason for using Voice Over cursor tracking off. I am trying to use it off by following the commands to re route items; however it does not seem to be working.. I am using a macbook pro so I know that I need to press the function key whenever I press any of the other commands.

It is the 18th Heading titled "Turning Voice Over Tracking Off"

The reason why you turn off cursor tracking is so the cursors can work independently.

By default the voiceover cursor and keyboard cursor track each other.
