Looking for a Podcast Demonstration of Bit Defender

Hi,
I've been looking for a new Anti Virus software, and I saw this app called bit defender being recommended. However, I'm not sure how to use it, as when I downloaded it, I found it quite confusing.
I was wondering if someone would be able to record a podcast demonstrating how it works?
