I'm having a problem with Twitterrific, which seem to be getting worse with every new version. For some reason Twitterrific is not remembering the post that was last read, and every time I open the app, the focus is on the first or newer post in the timeline. Before I started having this problem a few months ago, when I opened Twitterrific, the focus was located in the last post read and it was very easy to read only new posts. The latest version was supposed to correct this problem, but now is worst than ever.
I already reinstalled the app, and tried all options in the esync settings. Any suggestion of how to improve this situation, or even a different app suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Carlos

Twitter for iPhone
Hello! As I am not using Twitterrific at the moment, I can't help to find solution for this, but Twitter for iPhone has been very accessible for a while now. So, this is for the alternative app recommendation ;)
These Twitterrific nasties
Yep, the main issue in question is not new to me, and I have in fact been reporting this since the initial build of IOS9. To clarify, this is an IOS issue, for you can have the same thing happen in other places. Fine example, select an album from that really long list it took ages to scroll to in music. Now go back to that really long list mentioned before, and watch that list be not where you scrolled it to. In fact, all it takes is using that accessibility shortcut without leaving the thing your in, and observe.
There is something you can try
As the previous poster in this thread mentioned, there are focus issues with iOS 9 as a whole, relating to returning to your place in lists. Please report them to Apple Accessibility, as they have an impact on a number of apps where lists are used.
Twitterific deserve credit for trying to work around these bugs.
One thing you can try when you lose your place is to double-tap the tab control at the bottom of the screen when you've set tabs to be active. For example, if you've lost your place in your home timeline, double-tap the tab, then tap the screen, and you may be returned to your place.
I can't say it is working every time for me, but it is working some of the time.
I will try tapping the tab as
I will try tapping the tab as suggested, but the problem is that I suppose that wil only work with the Home timeline, and not with my lists, which I use frequently. Also, this problem was occurring before I installed iOS 9. I think I started noticing it in February or March.
In regards to the recommendation of using the Twitter app, I'm aware that the accessibility is good, but my problem is that accessing lists on that app is really complicated
Thanks for all the recommendations,
Carlos
