Changing time zone location

Hi,

After coming back to Spain from Canada my Mac refused to change the time zone based on my location. I checked the date and time preferences and it is set to do so automatically. It keeps saying the nearest city is Toronto, Canada. There is a time zone selector but clicking or interacting does nothing. There is a text saying that I should click the area on the map to change the location...
Is is possible to do that with VoiceOver?

I used the command line to change the time zone since I couldn't click on the map.
sudo systemsetup settimezone timezone

To get a complete list simply type

sudo systemsetup -listtimezone
